Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Windows ICT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise Windows infrastructure. You will drive automation, PowerShell scripting and AI-assisted operational improvements while ensuring security, availability and performance across the environment.

The role requires hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory expertise, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and service providers to support production operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory engineering.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience automating Windows infrastructure administration and operations.
• Practical experience using AI tools in infrastructure operations.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and manage Windows infrastructure to meet availability, continuity, security and capacity requirements.
• Translate business and application requirements into Windows infrastructure solutions.
• Provision, configure and maintain Windows VMs and supporting services.
• Support architecture reviews, planning, testing and operational readiness.
• Capacity planning, lifecycle management, maintenance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Act as primary Windows infra technical contact for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with application, infra teams and service providers to resolve issues.
