Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking a Frontline Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help guests select merchandise. You will keep displays neat, share information about memberships and conservation, and support stock replenishment and packing online orders as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer queries.
• Acquire product knowledge and recommend merchandise.
• Maintain store displays and price tags; ensure cleanliness.
• Share information on park memberships and conservation efforts.
• Replenish merchandise in a timely manner; assist with stock counts.
• Operate POS and ensure sales/inventory accuracy.
