Eco Hyper Pte Ltd is seeking a White Glove Delivery Ambassador in Singapore to deliver luxury shopping bags and premium products. You will be the face of the brands, ensuring a seamless, high-standard delivery experience with professionalism.

Key responsibilities include on-time delivery, careful handling, courteous service, proof of delivery, and collaboration with the Operations Team. Experience in delivery or customer service is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good road awareness and safe driving habits.
• Well-groomed, presentable and professional appearance.
• Punctual, responsible and reliable.

• Deliver luxury shopping bags and premium products safely and on time.
• Handle items with care to arrive in perfect condition.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and professional customer service during every delivery.
• Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with the Operations Team on delivery progress.
• Follow all SOPs, client requirements and security procedures.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean and presentable.
• Represent the company and our clients with professionalism at all times.
