Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
• Qualify leads using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Schedule qualified leads for discovery calls or hand over to sales for follow-up.
• Record conversation outcomes and contact details in the CRM.
• Follow up with cold or non-responsive leads to maintain engagement.
