Able Best Employment Agency in Singapore seeks a commercially driven and persistent individual to manage our leads and develop new sources of business. You will engage enquiries from the moment they reach us, follow up consistently and ensure that promising opportunities are not wasted.

Customers who are not ready today should remain properly engaged for the future. You will respond via WhatsApp, calls, website forms, social media, and referrals; maintain lead records; nurture and reactivate

Qualifications

At least one year of relevant experience in business development, sales, telesales, lead generation, customer engagement or a similar role.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp, calls, website forms, social media, online platforms, walk-ins and referrals.
Understand each customer’s general requirements and readiness.
Maintain clear lead records, statuses and follow-up dates.
Nurture interested customers and reactivate dormant or previously lost leads.
Arrange consultations and hand qualified opportunities to Sales Consultants.
Monitor existing lead channels and identify ways to improve their results.
Develop new referral sources, partnerships and customer-acquisition channels.
Support social-media enquiries, simple posts and lead-generation campaigns.
Track lead performance and provide regular updates to management.
