Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers to improve equipment performance and Cpk indices.
• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity.

Wet Equipment Associate Engineer to be part of our Diffusion II, WET PM Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on

• Assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals
• Perform 12‑hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook‑up of new equipment
• Trouble‑shoot equipment‑related issues and minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On‑The‑Job‑Training (OJT) by acting as buddy
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

• At least 2‑5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry for Associate Engineer Position
• Fresh diploma holders will also be considered
