This hands-on role requires strong cooking skills, team coordination and operational oversight to ensure consistent food quality and smooth daily operations. The role involves preparing Western dishes, supervising staff, ensuring safety and hygiene, managing stock and costs, and assisting with rostering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Western cuisine or quick-service F&B experience.
• Hands-on role with strong cooking skills and team coordination.
• Comfortable in a non-halal kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage high order volume and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Western dishes (pastas, grilled items, burgers) per service demand.
• Maintain quality, portion control and plating presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage food cost and reduce wastage.
• Supervise junior staff and assist with rostering and shift planning.
• Support management in daily operations and events as needed.
