Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans to achieve the company's objectives.

• Supervise management staff and coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Identify business development opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and build partnerships.
• Review performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure operations comply with Singapore laws, employment regulations and licensing requirements.
• Make strategic management decisions and report on performance and development plans.
