KOMO Scalp & Hair Wellness in Singapore is seeking a friendly, well-groomed Customer Service Officer to welcome clients, manage appointments, and ensure a premium service experience from arrival to follow-up.

You will handle inquiries across in-store, phone, WhatsApp and social media, support sales through promotions and memberships, and keep CRM records, payments, and daily reports accurate while maintaining a polished front desk.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality preferred.
• Pleasant personality with a warm and professional attitude.
• Good English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to handle WhatsApp enquiries and appointment coordination efficiently.
• Retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage daily appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and reminders.
• Introduce KOMO services, trials, memberships, packages, and promotions to customers.
• Update customer records accurately in the system.
• Handle cashiering, payment collection, invoices, receipts, and daily closing reports.
