Job summary

MW Global Pte Ltd, in partnership with Hotel Chancellor at 28 Cavenagh Rd, Singapore, is hiring reception staff. Open to both fresh graduates and experienced receptionists, with flexible scheduling and medical benefits. Roles include full-time, part-time, and contract positions, with hours 8:00 am–10:00 pm, 5 days a week.

You will greet guests, manage front desk duties, update customer records, and assist with wellness-related equipment and appointments in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Well-groomed and professional with a welcoming personality.
• Able to stay calm and professional in day-to-day situations.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with learning new systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and reception duties.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records.
• Assist and guide guests on wellness and technology-related equipment.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules with therapists and team members.
• Support therapists and the wider team with operational matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries with clear information.
• Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and professional.
