Job summary

SE Active is hiring a Wellness Education Specialist in Singapore. You will elevate Technogym’s brand experience through education, customer engagement, training excellence and relationship management.

You’ll work with internal teams, partners, trainers and customers to drive product adoption and long-term engagement with Technogym’s wellness ecosystem. You will lead education and training initiatives for the sales team, onboard customers, and develop a network of certified trainers, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in fitness education, personal training, customer success, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
• Experience conducting workshops or product training sessions.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Certification as a personal trainer or fitness instructor is a strong advantage.
• Premium brand or wellness tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing product education and training initiatives for the sales team throughout the year.
• Ensure sales team completes Technogym product storytelling assessments and maintains performance scores.
• Identify underperforming team members and conduct targeted coaching and training sessions.
• Develop and update training materials, user guides, and educational resources.
• Support onboarding of new customers through product setup, training, and adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver on-site product training during new equipment installations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.
