Job summary

MERIDORE WELLNESS PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will deliver professional training programmes to our business partners and clients while supporting the development of long-term client relationships.

The role requires tailoring content to client needs, presenting products and techniques, and guiding trainees with practical feedback. Travel to client locations may be required to ensure successful training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, retail or a related industry.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor training to different client needs.
• Confident, professional and service-oriented.
• Willing to travel to client locations when required.
• Previous experience training business clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training and workshops for business partners and clients.
• Develop and customise training content based on client needs.
• Demonstrate products, treatments and best practices during sessions.
• Assess trainees’ understanding and provide practical guidance.
• Coordinate training schedules with clients for smooth delivery.
• Provide product knowledge and post-training support to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional training and collaboration.
• Keep updated on industry trends and techniques.
