Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a seasoned events professional to lead planning and execution of corporate events, roadshows, workshops and community engagements at its Singapore hub. You will curate themes, content and schedules while coordinating with branches, marketing, compliance and external partners.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight, with 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in programme management, event management, customer and community engagement or partnership development.
• Experience managing customer events, roadshows, workshops, outreach programmes, or community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Event planning and execution, e.g. curation of theme, content, engagement activities, schedule, and speakers.
• Development of event collaterals and communications materials through online and offline marketing channels, including social media and brand campaigns.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders (including branches, marketing, compliance, legal, communications and branding), external partners (e.g. community organisations and government agencies), and event vendors.
• Logistics coordination & operations management, including venue/booth setup, IT/AV equipment, catering, collaterals, and on‑site operational support.
• Manage participant registrations and attendance records, including post‑event evaluations and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement Resource management including project timelines, budget, inventory of assets, collaterals and gift merchandise.
• Manage administrative documentation and prepare management reports and presentations.
