Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites you to join the Staff Wellness team to build data-driven wellness programmes across the SingHealth cluster. You will help design dashboards, analyse metrics, and translate strategic objectives into practical systems.

The role focuses on data management, reporting, and coordinating wellbeing initiatives, while collaborating with clinicians, administrators, and partners to improve staff well-being and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Working healthcare or business admin background is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis including SQL.
• Ability to understand higher-level objectives and translate them into implementable systems on the ground.
• Ability to act with discretion and work independently.
• Innovative, resourceful, and collaborative team player who engages a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of staff wellness data and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, data extraction, analysis, and reporting of staff wellness indicators and related metrics.
• Assemble and analyse data from various sources to plan, evaluate and enhance wellbeing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital or AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and reporting.
