Job summary

SingHealth Group seeks a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager in Data Analytics and Wellbeing to join the Staff Wellness Office. The role centers on building system-wide data insights to guide wellness strategies for SingHealth staff and improve programme outcomes.

You will develop and manage staff wellness data, create dashboards, analyse indicators, and report on metrics such as counselling data, attrition, and engagement. Collaboration with partner institutions and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Working experience in healthcare or business administration background will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis including SQL.
• Ability to understand higher-level objectives and translate them into implementable systems on the ground.
• Ability to act with discretion and work independently.
• Innovative, resourceful, and a collaborative team player who is comfortable engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of staff wellness data, including dashboard development, data extraction, analysis and reporting of staff wellness indicators, counselling data, peer support activities, attrition rates, and related metrics to inform decision-making and programme outcomes.
• Assemble and analyse data from multiple sources in planning, evaluation, and enhancement of wellness initiatives, partnering with institutions and stakeholders to strengthen data quality and reporting practices.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives across five key areas, including mental wellness education programmes, webinars, campaigns, and e-modules.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the Office, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, minutes and reports, and managing financial processes such as purchases, claims, and invoice payments.
