Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking an Associate Principal/Senior/Analyst in Data Science for Group Finance Analytics on a contract. You will drive analytics from planning through prototyping, building data environments and delivering insights.

You will collaborate to support finance, clinical quality and population health teams and guide junior staff. The role emphasizes practical data science techniques, RFP support, and cross-functional partnership to enable research breakthroughs within SingHealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning.
• Experience with coding in R/Python/SQL; familiarity with MATLAB, SPSS and STATA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion development of new data science techniques and analytics delivery from planning to prototyping and implementation.
• Construct databases and computing environments; visualise complex data for business insights.
• Provide technical support for researchers’ data needs and RFPs within SingHealth’s VADAR initiative.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across value/bundle care, population health, clinical quality and finance.
• Mentor lower-level team members and influence stakeholders in a data-driven research agenda.
