Job summary

Aon PLC in Singapore seeks a Wellbeing Analyst to drive data-driven wellbeing strategies for clients, leading surveys and analyses from design through delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 3-6 years of experience in market research, people analytics, health consulting or insights-focused roles.
  • Hands-on responsibility for surveys and client deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills with multiple data sources and data quality checks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced consulting environment with ambiguity and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of wellbeing programmes and APAC region (Singapore) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes for clients.
  • Run end-to-end survey projects: set up questionnaires, manage fieldwork, analyse survey data and identify trends and risks.
  • Support analysis of broader workforce health datasets to inform client recommendations.
  • Turn data into client-ready outputs, charts, summaries, reports and executive presentations.
  • Support client discussions and shape next-step recommendations on wellbeing strategy and programme design.
  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams including planning, stakeholder coordination and delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Conduct market research, vendor evaluations and industry scanning for emerging wellbeing solutions.
  • Contribute to development of wellbeing analytics products and IP.
  • Prepare insights, case studies and content for external publications and events.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge repositories to support delivery quality.

What the day will look like

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes for clients.
  • Run end-to-end survey projects: set up questionnaires, manage fieldwork, analyse survey and related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at client, segment, and benchmark level.
  • Support analysis of broader workforce health datasets, including survey, claims, utilisation, demographic, and wellbeing programme data to inform client recommendations.
  • Turn data into clear, client-ready outputs, including charts, summaries, reports, and executive-ready presentations that translate complex findings into concise, actionable insights.
  • Support client discussions and help shape next-step recommendations on wellbeing strategy and programme design.
  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, and delivery management across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and industry scanning to identify emerging wellbeing solutions, best practices, and innovation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Aon's wellbeing analytics products and intellectual property.
  • Support thought leadership and Aon's voice in the market by preparing insights, case studies, articles, presentations, and content for external publications and events.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and knowledge repositories to support delivery quality, continuity, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 3-6 years of experience in market research, people analytics, management consulting, health consulting, or a similar insights-focused role, with hands-on responsibility for surveys and client deliverables.
  • Strong practical experience with survey research, including questionnaire design or adaptation, survey setup, fieldwork management, response-rate monitoring, and data quality checks.
  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with multiple data sources. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment, navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgement, and proactively proposing solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality project and knowledge management practices.
  • Knowledge of wellbeing programmes and initiatives in the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, is a plus
