Job summary

Muhammadiyah Welfare Home in Singapore is seeking a supervising role to oversee residents aged 11 to 19, ensuring daily routines and programmes run smoothly on site. The position requires shift work, physical fitness, and the ability to educate at-risk youths in a safe, confidential environment.

The role focuses on maintaining welfare, housekeeping, and adherence to the home’s daily schedule as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have GCE N level or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts.
• Able to educate at-risk youths.
