Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Welding Specialist to coordinate Weld-Shop activities, train staff, and ensure safety and quality in manufacturing environments in West Singapore. The role focuses on welding processes, parameters, and continuous improvement within a busy shop floor.

The specialist will support production targets, work with robotic equipment, and contribute to Lean initiatives while maintaining strong safety practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Welding, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Weld-Shop operations to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.
• Train and coach team members to improve welding skills and work standards.
• Create welding parameters and programs for cladding machines.
• Support welding qualification tests and procedure qualification activities.
• Apply Auto TIG and manual welding processes, welding procedures and metal properties.
