Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor for its West Singapore workshop. You will lead and coordinate daily production activities, manage work order priorities, and schedule manpower to meet targets in a lean manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical/Manufacturing, 5–7 years of shop-floor experience, and strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily production activities within the manufacturing workshop.
Manage work order priorities, manpower scheduling and production targets.
Ensure Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD) objectives are achieved.
Train, coach and motivate team members to improve skills and performance.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with maintenance and internal teams to improve equipment and manufacturing processes.
Support risk management, incident investigation and corrective actions.
Monitor team performance, attendance and work progress.
