Job summary

GREENWAVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on supervisor to assist the Factory Manager in guiding the production team and ensuring timely completion of welding fabrication tasks.

You will oversee daily work plans, PPE compliance, and on-time material arrivals, while maintaining accurate stock controls and orderly storage. The role requires a technical diploma and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Welding knowledge is mandatory.
• Minimum Technical Cert / Diploma in either Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Responsible team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Manager in supervising the factory/production Team Leaders and workers.
• Oversee fabrication work for quality consistency and operation efficiency, mainly on welding parts.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meeting.
• Make sure daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading are carried out smoothly, timely, and completely.
• Check Team Leaders record of materials in and out of factory to project sites, all stock and inventory is maintained with accuracy and up to date.
• Organize and upkeep factory storage and movement of inventory are smooth and efficient.
• Assist to source better and cost savings materials from overseas and liaise with overseas suppliers for stock replenishing.
• Assist purchaser to source for materials overseas.
