Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree/postgraduate in relevant field.
• Experience teaching preschool or primary-aged children.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred (volunteer is fine).
• Warm, patient, and intuitive with diverse learners.
• Able to tailor approaches for each child.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Singapore's early childhood landscape preferred.

About the role

About you

• Currently pursuing or has completed a degree or postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Linguistics, Arts, Social Science, or a related discipline

• Has experience teaching preschool or primary-aged children

• Has experience (even volunteer experience) with children with special needs: this could be at special needs centres, EIPIC programmes, or early intervention settings

• Warm, patient, and intuitive: able to connect with children who have diverse learning needs

• Adaptable and resourceful: able to think on your feet and tailor approaches to each child

• Fluent in English; ability to converse in Chinese is a bonus

• Familiarity with Singapore's early childhood or primary education landscape (preferred)
