Job summary

Aiper, the leading smart pool cleaner brand, seeks a Website Operations Specialist to manage DTC order fulfillment and data-driven website performance. You will monitor fulfillment, analyze cross-country sales, and coordinate EDM campaigns to boost repeat purchases.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience with GA or Shopify, and the ability to communicate across cultures. A master's preferred; bachelor's accepted. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking; able to identify risks from data anomalies; cross-cultural communication; independent report writing.
• Experience in overseas e-commerce data analysis; DTC analytics with GA or Shopify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily order fulfillment for the DTC website and compile monthly order data.
• Analyze sales performance by country/region and identify high-potential markets.
• Extract emails and manage EDM campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
• Upload customer lists and target returning customers across ad platforms.
• Ensure user privacy is maintained and handle related tasks.

Job Title: Website Operations Specialist

Requirements:

1. 1. Order Fulfillment Management: Process daily order fulfillment for the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) website; download monthly orders for data statistics and analysis.
2. 2. Order Data Analysis: a.Analyze sales performance across different countries, regions or cities based on shipping addresses; identify high-potential markets to inform advertising strategy. b.In cases of logistics anomalies or address issues, contact customers to verify their addresses. c.Analyze abnormal orders (e.g., payment success rate) and elevate to customer service for user communication and resolution.
3. 3. EDM Operations: Export orders by SKU, extract customer email addresses and send EDM campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
4. 4. Data Processing: Upload existing customer email lists and precisely target these returning customers across advertising platforms for retargeting campaigns.
5. 5. User Privacy: Handle other tasks related to user privacy scenarios.

Requirements:

1. 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields (Master's preferred).
2. 2. Competencies: Sharp logical thinking; able to identify business risks from data anomalies; strong cross-cultural communication skills; able to independently write data analysis reports.
3. 3. Preferred: Experience in overseas e-commerce data analysis; internships involving DTC website analytics stacks such as Google Analytics or Shopify.
