Job summary

Verz Design Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee web development and design projects. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and client communication while coordinating with designers, developers, and QA.

This role emphasizes thorough planning, risk mitigation, documentation, and adherence to quality standards. A Bachelor's degree and proven PM experience in a web agency are required; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web agency or similar role.
• Understanding of web development and design processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Startinfinity, Trello, Jira).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline, resources and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers and QA.
• Maintain proactive client communication and updates.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
