Job summary

Vertis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion in Singapore. You will coordinate resources, manage scope and risks, and drive projects with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration across Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in project management or related tech roles, solid PMI/PRINCE2/Agile background, and proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in project management, business analysis, software development, or related tech roles.
• Experience delivering digital, CRM, MarTech, website or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
• Manage scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders; identify risks and issues.
• Communicate status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and team.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status, and post-mortems.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment; provide direction to team members.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and methodologies; monitor progress and metrics.
