HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore seeks an experienced risk leader to join as Head of Wealth Risk. The role provides independent risk oversight across wealth-management activities, collaborating with business leaders and governance forums to ensure customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

You will lead risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis, while shaping risk standards and proactive mitigation strategies.

Formación

Degree or postgraduate qualification in finance, business, accounting, law or a related discipline.
Significant senior experience in risk management within wealth management/private banking.
Experience across multiple risk disciplines: financial, conduct, operational, regulatory.
Strong understanding of investment products, wealth services, product governance and distribution.
Experience operating in a regulated, international organisation.
Excellent written and spoken business English.

Responsabilidades

Provide independent risk oversight and challenge to wealth-related activities in Singapore.
Oversee risk indicators, issues, remediation and control effectiveness in wealth management.
Review impact of regulatory, market and business changes on risk profile.
Support product reviews for suitability, value and operational readiness.
Lead risk governance with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
