NOVEL SUNKRIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regulations Operations Analyst to support wealth regulatory reporting migration efforts. You will document requirements, execute UAT, track defects, and communicate updates across Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process documentation, and coordination with upstream booking systems and downstream reporting feeds during migration, testing, and cutover phases.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Banking or Financial Services Operations experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with APAC wealth regulations (MAS, HKMA) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and operational reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of Reg Ops and map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update SOPs, user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
