Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-focused tele-consulting advisor to engage existing customers and convert leads into advisory appointments. You will also identify new prospects through outbound conversations and support business growth.

You will work in a hybrid, flexible environment with structured training and coaching, building wealth management knowledge, financial planning capabilities and regulatory compliant advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage existing customers primarily through tele-consulting, as well as through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele-consulting.
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and structured follow-ups.
• Build and grow your customer base through structured outreach activities, tele-prospecting initiatives and customer engagement programmes.
• Understand customers' needs, financial goals and life stages, and recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions in a clear and responsible manner.
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans and achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Participate in bank-led events, roadshows and outreach activities to engage customers and support business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by sharing relevant ideas, market updates and timely insights.
• Set personal goals and work consistently towards achieving them, with guidance and support from your manager and team.
• Continuously develop your knowledge and skills, including product knowledge, market awareness and customer communication.

You do not need to know everything from Day 1 - structured training and coaching will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to connect with people.
