Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a banking and financial advisory professional to engage customers via tele-consulting, virtual and in-person interactions, assess needs and recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions.

You will build relationships through outbound prospecting, events and outreach while aiming for individual and team KPIs, supported by a permanent role with a flexible schedule and opportunities to participate in bank-led events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with relevant experience in FA.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers mainly through tele‑consulting, along with in-person and virtual interactions to existing customers.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele‑consulting.
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.
• Achieved monthly acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Build your customer base through structured outreach activities and tele‑prospecting initiatives.
• Understand customers' needs and life stages, and share suitable solutions in a clear and responsible way.
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support plans and KPIs.
• Participate in bank‑led events and outreach activities to meet customers.
• Stay connected with existing customers by sharing insights and market updates.
• Set personal goals and work towards them with guidance from your manager.

Monthly Salary: Up to $4100 basic salary + Commission + $300 fixed allowance upon deployment

Engage new and existing customers through tele-consulting, virtual and in-person interactions to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions. Build customer relationships through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, events and outreach activities while working towards individual and team acquisition targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers mainly through tele‑consulting, along with in-person and virtual interactions to existing customers.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele‑consulting
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations
• Achieved monthly acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and follow‑ups
• Build your customer base through structured outreach activities, tele‑prospecting initiatives and customer engagement programmes
• Understand customers’ needs, goals and life stages, and share suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions in a clear and responsible way
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans and contribute towards achieving team and individual KPIs
• Participate in bank‑led events, roadshows and outreach activities to meet customers and support business growth
• Stay connected with existing customers by sharing relevant ideas, market updates and timely insights
• Set personal goals for yourself and work steadily towards achieving them, with guidance from your manager and team
• Keep learning and improving — whether it’s product knowledge, market awareness or communication skills

Period: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible working hours, including some weekends for events when required

Salary: Up to $4100 basicsalary + Commission + $300 fixed allowance upon deployment
