Job summary

LIGHTHOUSE CANTON PTE. LTD. invites a curious intern to join the Client Experience and Revenue Operations team at Keenai Global. This hands-on role offers exposure to onboarding, KYC coordination, and cross-functional data workflows within a fast-growing wealth platform.

You will collaborate with Legal on documentation, help test new systems, reconcile data across CRM and reporting tools, and contribute to client-facing processes like LRS and fund onboarding. Start immediately for 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the client onboarding journey from account opening to first login.
• Coordinate with Legal on fund onboarding requirements and documentation.
• Respond to client and advisor queries and keep onboarding materials up to date.
• Assist with data reconciliation, CRM testing, and cross-system reconciliation.
