Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD, based in Singapore, is seeking a 6-month contract specialist to support client onboarding and KYC processes. You will ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements while reviewing documentation across the client lifecycle.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location is at Raffles Place, Singapore, with a contract duration of six months and a salary up to SGD

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in KYC/onboarding.
• Experience with client data management and KYC for individuals/corporates/trusts.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in onboarding.
• Good Excel skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review KYC/client documentation for completeness throughout the client lifecycle.
• Perform name screening, adverse news checks and identify potential risk factors.
• Create and maintain accurate client data, records and documentation.
• Process client data and profile maintenance requests within SLA/KPI.
• Handle internal queries relating to client data and onboarding matters.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Front Office and other teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Prepare periodic reports and support audit/regulatory requests.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Identify and elevate operational risks, incidents and compliance concerns.
