Job summary

Bank of China Limited in Singapore seeks a senior Relationship Manager team lead to drive wealth revenue and KPIs. You will oversee Recruitment, coaching, and capability-building to elevate RM performance and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure needs-based financial planning across the product suite while strictly adhering to regulations. The role requires 5+ years in financial sales, bilingual English/Chinese, and CMFAS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a well known university.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial sales industry with proven track record in financial advisory.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills; solid financial planning knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to serve Chinese-speaking customers.
• CMFAS certification: complete required modules listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set sales priorities, manage pipeline, activity standards and monthly delivery.
• Coach RM performance through reviews, joint customer appointments and capability-building sessions.
• Promote holistic financial planning across the product suite.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive mortgage acquisition, cross-selling and retention.
• Recruit and develop RM talents to support growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
