Job summary

Cathay United Bank is seeking a Private Banking Operations professional to handle settlements of PB investment products, including equities and bonds, and related operational tasks in Singapore.

You will coordinate corporate actions, position reconciliation, and client statements, while contributing to process improvements and risk mitigation. English and Chinese proficiency is required for liaison with Chinese-speaking clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, PWM Operations preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle settlement of all wealth management products including equities and bonds.
• Manage Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements.
• Assist in UAT and train new users on the system.
• Suggest improvements to operations to reduce risk and improve workflow.
• Oversee SWIFT Alliance System operations and SWIFT payments.
• Coordinate remittances and deposits and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational problems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
