Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to deliver system implementation projects in the banking/financial services sector. You will manage requirements, BRD creation, go-live readiness, and stakeholder collaboration across regional teams.

Responsibilities include doing UAT, training, post-go-live support, and governance for multi-market initiatives while maintaining clear communication and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking/financial services.
• Solid wealth management product knowledge across investment products and related lifecycle concepts.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Provide general project management support across workstreams; track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status across regions.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements; translate into target operating model.
• Prepare BRD, process flows, business rules and traceability; secure sign-off and manage changes.
• Review IT solutioning with IT BA, architects, vendors; drive closure of gaps and deviations.
• Support go-live readiness across people, process, data and platform; update SOPs and access design.
• Formulate UAT scope, test scenarios and cases; drive UAT with end-users and manage defects.
• Prepare user training materials and deliver end-user training ahead of go-live.
• Provide post go-live support including incident triage and backlog handover to BAU.
• Support new market initiatives: discovery, gap analysis, scope, and governance material preparation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders; communicate progress and risks clearly.
