Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outbound sales, client engagement, or business development experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, conversion, or retention targets.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Confident in engaging high-net-worth clients through face-to-face meetings.
• Able to communicate financial concepts and explain platform features clearly.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and comfortable with outreach and retention activities.
• Willing to undergo regulatory and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to qualified leads and introduce the investment platform.
• Guide prospects through account opening and onboarding processes.
• Engage inactive or at-risk clients to understand needs and retain usage.
• Explain platform features and promotional offers to support retention.
• Meet high-net-worth clients in person to discuss value propositions.
• Prioritize outreach based on leads, client needs and retention opportunities.
• Identify feedback and service gaps; share insights to improve engagement.
• Escalate complex concerns to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
