Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and needs.
• Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to introduce suitable wealth solutions.
• Recommend the Bank’s range of wealth management products and services based on customers’ needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals and customer engagement.
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio.
• Follow up actively with customers and convert opportunities into business.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Develop long-term relationships while maximising opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
• Stay updated on the Bank’s products, services and market developments.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Take initiative to improve sales performance and contribute to team success.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
