Job summary

RTT Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate waterproofing works on construction sites. The role involves scheduling workers, attending site meetings, and ensuring instructions are followed to achieve quality results.

The candidate will monitor progress, maintain documentation, and liaise with customers and contractors. Strong reading of technical drawings and effective communication across levels are required.

Qualifications

• Min 2 year of experience in a supervising position.
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
• Minimum Education: Graduation preferred
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Hard-working and keen to learn
• Team player and also able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Schedule the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly
• Attend site meeting
• Monitor and keep track of the site work progress to ensure waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager
• Coordinate, communicate among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification
• Provide on-site solutions during supervision works
