Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical disciplines.
• Able to work well independently and in teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in basic computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Field work as first respondents to incidents on-site at installations/customers’ premises providing on site investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Attend and manage customer feedback pertaining to water supply or drainage matters.
• Carry out routine inspections of drainage network system within flood sensitive areas.
• Patrol reservoirs, catchment areas, pumping stations, dams, intake towers, infrastructures, and pipelines.
• Assisting engineers in the budgeting of projects, as well as in the preparation works leading to tender calling of projects.
• Assisting the engineers in project management work.
