Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Field work as first respondents to incidents on-site, providing on-site investigation and resolution.
• Attend to customer feedback regarding water supply or drainage matters.
• Carry out routine inspections of drainage networks within flood-sensitive areas.
• Patrol reservoirs, catchment areas, pumping stations, dams, and pipelines as required.
• Assist engineers with budgeting and tender preparation; support project management.
