Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency in Singapore is seeking a maintenance professional to supervise appurtenance servicing, watermains cleaning, and related projects to enhance water reliability and quality in the network. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and handle administrative tasks such as work orders and certificates.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering and a Class 3 driving licence.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering required.
Experience in water infrastructure maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise servicing of appurtenances carried out by contractor.
Supervise and carry out watermains cleaning operation.
Lead projects to improve water reliability and quality in the water supply network.
Supervise handing/taking over of newly laid watermains and coordinate with stakeholders.
Oversee flushing of watermains operations.
Oversee valve operations to aid maintenance and repairs.
Supervise NEA dengue hotspot measures, tracing missing valves, liaising with SCDF.
Distribute water bags/notices and provide temporary supply during water interruptions.
Carry out administration tasks including generation of Work Orders and Completion Certificates.
Preferably hold at least a Class 3 driving licence; operate PUB vehicle if required.
