Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Chemistry or Environmental Science preferred).
• 2+ years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry meters and electrodes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of water quality instruments and their applications.
• Provide technical support to distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on testing, diagnostics, and product troubleshooting.
• Manage warranty claims, RGA, and track replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with design teams to create technical materials (notes, manuals, videos, collateral).
• Work with sales and marketing to deliver product expertise and support initiatives.
• Conduct product training, seminars, and workshops for distributors and customers.
• Assist in developing product documentation (manuals, presentations, FAQs).
• Organize webinars, seminars, and product launch events.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends by attending exhibitions and related events.
