PUB Public Utilities Board in Singapore is seeking engineering professionals to support metering operations and contract administration across the water network. The role involves investigating consumption anomalies, processing adjustments for faulty meters, and coordinating with internal teams, customers, and contractors.

We expect a degree in Engineering and a non-shift, site-based work location at Woodleigh Complex.

Mansioni

Investigate abnormalities in customers' water consumption patterns and follow up until resolution.
Prepare and process adjustment/concession requests due to faulty meters and water leakages for approval.
Liaise with internal departments, external customers, and contractors regarding metering operations, feedback, and provision of contractual services.
Improve work processes through project participation.
Attend to other ad-hoc duties including standby duties for the Operations Centre.
To call tender for provision of services for metering operations including preparation of budget, operational requirements, tender specification, schedule of rates, etc.
Ensure the proper administration of contract including monitoring of budget, compliance with established SOP/work processes, accounting of works carried out, payments, etc.
