Responsibilities

Investigate abnormalities in customers' water consumption patterns and follow up until resolution.
Prepare and process adjustment/concession requests due to faulty meters and water leakages for approval.
Liaise with internal departments, external customers, and contractors regarding metering operations and service quality.
Improve work processes through project participation and contribute to system development or procedural improvements.
Attend to ad-hoc duties, including standby duties for the Operations Centre and responding to emergencies.
Call tender for provision of services for metering operations including budget preparation, requirements, tender specs, and rates.
Ensure proper administration of contracts including monitoring budget, SOP compliance, and payments.
