Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome - prior experience in retail, operations, or admin is a plus.
• Interest in watches / the luxury industry is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, and comfortable handling high-value items with care.
• Good written communication (for invoicing, documentation, and blog content)
• Comfortable with basic computer tools and online platforms (e.g. Shopify, website admin)
• Able to work Saturdays; day off on Sundays plus one weekday
• Customer-facing confidence and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude

Responsibilities

• Invoicing - prepare and issue accurate sales invoices and related documentation
• Order fulfilment - create shipping labels and pack packages securely for dispatch
• Watch processing - receive, inspect, and document newly acquired watches
• E-commerce listing - cross-post watches across our website and Shopify, keeping listings accurate and up to date
• Content creation - draft blog and content pieces to support marketing and SEO
• Logistics - deliver watches to service partners as needed
• Client sales - assist in meeting clients on weekdays and weekends, and handle in-person sale of watches
