THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting an R&D Specialist in Tuas. The role requires a Ph.D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years in specialty chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, or water treatment.

Qualifications

Ph.D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years in specialty chemical manufacturing/applications, oil & gas or water treatment.

Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and optimize treatment and handling processes for waste streams.
Design and implement resource recovery processes from waste streams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify sources and opportunities; support pilot trials.
Identify, assess, and implement new technologies in collaboration with universities and technology providers.
Establish and improve laboratory capabilities, including process development and analytical methods.
Drive continuous improvement of operations through process optimization and alternative treatments.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements and maintain lab housekeeping.
Support evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk/high-value waste streams.
Contribute to new business development and facility planning.
