Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations on rotating 12‑hour shifts in Singapore West Region (Joo Koon). The role focuses on manpower planning, KPI/SLA achievement, and accurate handling of goods receipts, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will also drive cycle counts, stock integrity, and documentation (GRN/ASN/DO) while training staff on SOPs, WMS usage, and safety, ensuring minimal stock loss and smooth shift execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations is required.
• Leadership or shift supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS, inventory control and docs.
• Excellent manpower planning, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates on assigned shifts.
• Allocate manpower and tasks to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations against KPIs and SLAs, escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch and loading.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes and discrepancy investigations with Inventory team.
• Ensure controls to minimise stock loss and errors; verify warehouse docs (GRN, ASN, DO, pick lists).
• Plan and manage shift manpower according to workload and peaks.
• Train new and existing staff on SOPs, WMS usage and safety.
• Monitor attendance, discipline and performance on the warehouse floor.
• Maintain availability and use of equipment like RF scanners, MHE, printers.
