Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet carrier deadlines. You will train new staff on procedures and safety, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality, while resolving discrepancies in the WMS system.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of hands-on warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in WMS software, inventory databases, and MS Office preferred.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and multi-tasking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, loading, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet strict carrier deadlines
• Assign shift tasks to team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Train new staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity and quality
• Resolve item discrepancies by investigating and updating records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
