Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control in Tampines, Singapore. The role requires coordinating teams to meet productivity targets and ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to rotating shifts after

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment with proven Team Lead/Supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory activities.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and operational targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Conduct regular team briefings, allocate manpower and track team performance.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures, SOPs and operational standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to warehouse team members.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000/month

Location: Tampines

Shift Schedule

• First 3 Months - Training
• Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• After Training - Rotating 3 Shifts
