Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving and issuing materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure data integrity in SAP environments. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume electronics manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with production and logistics, ensure FIFO compliance, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. Diploma in Logistics/Materials/Engineering with at least 2 years' experience, SAP knowledge

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Materials/Engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• SAP knowledge would be advantageous; PSA forklift license is preferred.
• Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; team player with positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving and issuing of materials.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Maintain material FIFO and good housekeeping.
• Ensure accurate data entry of material transactions and maintain system integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

We’re looking to add a Warehouse supervisor in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Warehouse supervisor you will:

• Supervise the receiving and issuing of materials.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy through regular cycle count.
• Ensure material FIFO requirement and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure proper, accurate and timely data entry of materials transaction and system integrity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics/Materials/Engineeringwithminimum2years’experience in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Those who possess a PSA forklift license and have knowledge of SAP would be preferred.
• Good organisation and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, team player and with positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently, with high level of motivation and service mindset.
