Job summary

Nilfisk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing and accuracy. You will manage inbound/outbound flows, supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and drive process improvements to support multiple departments and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Logistics with 3–5 years in a supervisor role, plus a valid forklift license, strong communication, and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Possess a valid forklift driving license.

Responsibilities

• Check WMS for order backlogs, inspect equipment, lead the team brief, fix workflow bottlenecks, ensure cleanliness of warehouse.
• Supervise inbound receiving, sorting, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound dispatch with monitoring of output rates and coordination with internal departments and vendors.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle checks, and reconciliations to maintain high record accuracy.
• Manage storage space, stock discrepancies, damaged goods or quality control issues.
• Lead shift briefings, assign daily tasks, and schedule warehouse personnel.
• Provide training, guidance, coaching on performance and disciplinary monitoring for Warehouse Assistant.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations, PPE rules, and equipment handling guidelines, including forklifts inspection.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in logistic, supply chain management or any other related field.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.

• Good communication and leadership skills, team player, energetic and proactive.

• Possess with valid forklift driving license.
